About the Camp
The Female Athlete Strength, Speed & Resiliency Camp is a structured, coach-led training program designed specifically for girls ages 8β12 β built on the same science-based principles we use with every athlete at Relentless Athletics.
We believe the foundation of a great athlete is built early. Proper movement mechanics, age-appropriate strength, and physical resiliency arenβt things you can back-fill at 16 β theyβre built in windows like this one.
Research shows that female athletes who begin strength training before puberty have significantly lower injury risk as they grow. In 4 weeks, your daughter will train like an athlete β and build the body that protects her for years to come.

Age-appropriate resistance training to build a strong, injury-resistant foundation. We teach proper mechanics before we ever add load β because technique is everything at this age.
Acceleration, deceleration, and first-step quickness drills that translate directly to every sport she plays β now and as she grows into a high school athlete.
Female athletes face significantly higher ACL and overuse injury risk than their male peers. The most effective intervention? Strength & neuromuscular training β started early.

The Female Athlete Strength, Speed & Resiliency Camp is designed for girls ages 8β12. All exercises and drills are scaled to be age-appropriate and safe for developing athletes.
Female athletes face significantly higher risk of ACL tears and overuse injuries compared to male athletes. Not at all. This camp welcomes complete beginners and experienced athletes alike. We teach foundational movement patterns from the ground up β no prior gym experience needed.
Any sport β or no sport yet. Volleyball, basketball, soccer, track, gymnastics, lacrosse, cheer β all welcome. Strength, speed, and injury resiliency are the building blocks of every athletic activity.
Athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. Weβll handle everything else. No cleats needed.
